Hi,i went to the hospital after 3 hours getting poked by a thorn,it went all the way thru n hit my bone on my knuckle my index finger..and another one by my thumb went in my vain,the finger didn;t bleed much by the thumb did more..After a couple hours went by it was swollen and became very painfull,by my thumb it knotted up,and my finger can't bend it and feels broken.It's still swollen..Anyways they did exrays nuthings their,they said i could get ecoli or a fungal infection from the tree and gave me a tetnus shot from getting puntured by a dirty object..it'sgoing on 2 days and my finger's still swollen than everstill cant bend it and hurts bad..They put me on antibiotics and pain meds..I'm hoping it stops in another day or two or i'm going back..I'm not sure what kind of thorns it is,same symptoms u guys have but mine was a wild tree that grew along the fence,I was cutting it down when it fell on my hand..They were so long they went thru my shoes..Answeres would be helpful,i'm not satisfied with what i was told and theirs soo many suggestions..
