I have planted golden leylandii in my garden last year. These were 6 foot and healthy. I have had problems with drainage - flooding this i solved but also p[resent were what i have just found out to be leatherjacket grubs. Now all my 40 conifers are browning from bottom up - some have new growth at top others dont.

Can I save these? if so how 2 to 3 foot of browning at bottom of each at present
