I have a Common Ash tree on the property boundary and this was planted in 1976.
Would it be considered full grown by now and at this stage of it's life will the root system still be growing/moving and likely to cause a problem with paving?
How much of the root system is it safe to cut on one side in order not to endanger the tree.
Thank you for your help and advice.
