My neighbour has just hacked not pruned my 60 year old horse chesnut, I agree he could prune back branches overhanging him, but he has come five foot into my garden and dumped all the branches all over my plants, hes left huge high branches that now will swing about in high winds and one side normal I am devastated and kbnew nothing about, he did it late at night with floodlights, what can I do I am so angry and upset
