we have two 65+ year old elm trees in our front yard. We found a few elm tree leaves on the ground under the trees that were deteriorating. They had many small green growths that look like seeds that appear to be growing primarily along the main vein of the leaves. we see other leaves with this condition that are still green and still on the trees. Any idea what this could be? any help is appreciated. I have a picture i can send to help identify the issue.

Thanks,
Greg
