Sylvester Palms w/dead outer fronds

Sylvester Palms w/dead outer fronds

I Live in south Florida and had two 5' sylvester palms planted (by "professionals")two weeks ago. They have yet to untie the fronds so I am unable to see the ones in the center. All the fronds on the outside are completely brown. The installer says this is normal "transplanting shock." These palms are like my new kids. I have been watering them everyday, as directed by my landscaper. Is the browning normal? Thank you, Ellen
