I have a 10-year-old oak tree in southeastern Wisconsin that is not doing well. Last year its leaves were yellow throughout the summer. This year its leaves are also yellow, and many of them are now turning brown and shriveling to a dry dust. Can this tree's life be saved? If so, how? Thank you for your help. Nancy More
