Ask an arborist for tree advice

It is early August in Midlands and our established Rowan Tree is looking very sick.

There are berries but a lot of the leaves have gone brown although not dropped. The bark is looking cracked in places. We are concerned it is dying as this has never happened before.

Any advice please?
