HI There,
I have a large(ish) eucalyptus growing in the ground in my back garden. With the winds over the last couple of winters, it has listed and the ground behind it has lifted. I am worried it can't take much more before it comes crashing down. I was wondering if I cut it right down (two trunks) will it come again from the bottom? I don't really want to remove the tree but am happy to cut it down close to the ground. When should I do this to ensure the best change of re-growth?
