Pear Tree - is this Fireblight?

Pear Tree - is this Fireblight?

We've had our pear tree for around 6 months and this morning we've noticed the leaves turning a very dark brown colour. After some googling it looks like it could be Fireblight? Does anyone think this might be the case, and if so what should we do next. Online articles say to cut off the infected branches a foot before the infection bit every leaf is dark brown so that would seem like all of it! Is there any hope for our poorly tree?

Many Thanks
