The attached photo is one of the trees in our backyard. We purchased it from Lowe's before it leafed out and it was labelled as "sugar maple", but it does not look like a sugar maple at all. To me, it looks more like a black maple.
Would you let us know whether it is a sugar maple or black maple? Thanks for your help.
