Sycamore tree roots

I have a sycamore tree that is approximately 20ft high and 2metres away from my property. I am concerned that as it continues to grow its roots may affect the foundations of my property. Do I need to worry/take action. If yes what is my best course of action. I love the tree but also love my property.

Please help.
