Besides out apartment building grows at large Honey Locust that is around 60 years old. In the last couple of years it has been dropping branches, some of them larger. Before paying for a review from a local arborist I am curiious what you guys think about this tree. My layman's opinion is that it would probably be better to remove it and plant a new one, thus avoiding the danger of falling branches and also the cost of regular prunning, which is expensive for such a large tree. Notice the sidewalk under it. There are literally hundreds of people passing under it each day. Pictures here: []
