I live in a very wooded area and have a dead oak about 80'+ tall, had a tree guy tell me about 6 years ago that oak trees generally will break off and drop limbs instead off falling/blowing over is this true? it's about 40' from my house in the woods and I'm worried it would blow over and hit my house. This is the first season I noticed it was dead. Should I have it taken down? Thanks in advance ! Ray
