magnolia tree disease

I planted four magnolia trees at the same time approx ten years ago. All have grown about the same amount, but one has always had thinner, curled up leaves that are a pale green, unlike that of the others which are a deep, lush green. It has continued to grow and bloom, but has never been attractive due to the leaves which appear to be diseased in some way (some of the foliage is even yellowish in color). Is there any product I can purchase to correct this problem?
