We live in AZ and have a large mesquite tree in our front yard that is approximately 13 years old. Within the last month the tree has lost nearly all of it's leaves and the branches are brown. Is there a way to determine if the tree is dead or alive and do you have any idea what may have caused the sudden change in health of this lovely tree.
