I wouldn't imagine that it will be a problem unless your customers pour a lot of beer away. Personally, I try to avoid pouring my beer anywhere other than into my mouth.

If you have a particularly bad evening of beer wasting water it well to dilute the beer. Spraying or misting with water may help if beer is poured on the foliage. But generally, I wouldn't worry about it.
