Hi there,
1) What is the RPA of a 19m high Yew tree (basal diameter 85cm)?
2) If the proposed extension of domestic dwelling is 4.79m away from the centre of the basal diameter of the yew would an arboriculturist's report say whether it is possible to extend?
3) Would a building foundation within the RPA be allowed?
4) What would the arboriculturist recommend if a root was found whilst digging the foundation?
Thanks in advance.
Flo
