Sticky substance and black mould on a minature orange tree

Sticky substance and black mould on a minature orange tree

I have a miniature bitter orange tree which is oozing a sticky substance which is getting on the window and also making the floor sticky. The leaves have a black mould on them and the pot is getting sticky and mouldy. I took the plant outside in the summer to give it a good wash and cleaned the leaves off. The plant is kept in a conservatory.
I hope you can help me,
John Alexander.
