It probably depends on where you're door is. I have never a known a Jacaranda near a door in the UK infiltrate anything :)

Generally, trees do not 'infiltrate' sound drains. But they will ruthlessly exploit any existing slight leaks. Roots are fond of moist, high nitrogen soil and will proliferate around any defects in the drain. If the drains are sound, don't worry. If they're not, sort the drains out.
