Hi Mandy

You don't say where you are located (presumably the UK somewhere) nor what the species of tree is, which would be helpful in trying to give a relevant response. Some Eucalyptus species can grow to 70m+ (230ft), others are basically shrubs that don't generally get past 2m (6ft). A lot also depends on the climate where they're planted and soil conditions - what is often a 20m tree in its native habitat can grow above that in circumstances where soil is good and water available.
