Yesterday I had several punctures that were swelling etc etc. soaked in warm water/ES before going to bed and this morning no pain]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[ Failing that, use some Savlon and the thorn will work it's way out naturally. Pain normally goes once the thorn is out, can take a few days to a week. Make sure you're up to date with your tetanus.]]></description>
