National Bean Pole Week celebrates coppice

Perrin case overturned
An appeal against the judgement in the case of Perrin & Anor v. Northampton Borough Council has been upheld by the Court of Appeal, overturning the original judgement and allowing the possibility of engineering works being considered when looking at whether works to abate an actionable nuisance are necessary.
