My palm tree is dying

Posted by Beth Gesselman , Apr 10,2005,15:08       Forum

I have a triple palm and all of the fronds on one stalks have wilted and died. I went out yesterday to cut all of the dead fronds from it and discovered that the top has come off, leaving a hole where water has puddled. It doesn't look good. I just got this palm about a month ago and the other 3 stalks are doing great. I live in Florida and the tree gets direct morning sunlight until about 1 pm every day. Thanks.
