weeping flowering crab apple
I live in Illinois and planted a flowering weeping crab apple tree three years ago. The first spring it had loads of blossoms. The second spring, it had about half as many blooms. We had a late heavy freeze that year, so I figured that it got hit with the heavy frost. This spring there are very few blooms, and we have had mild weather. What can I do to promote blooms?
