Transplanting an Oak Tree
What time of year is best for transplanting an Oak tree in Southern Louisiana? I need to transplant a 7 foot tall Oak tree that was rooted from an acorn about a year and a half ago. A cement slab was recently placed within a foot of the tree, so it must be moved to prevent slab cracking. Thanks for any assistance that you can offer.
