Bay laurel - Sweet bay likes good drainage, and prefers to get a bit dry between waterings in summer, fall and winter. You also say that you purchased it 2 months ago and you fed it. Your tree may be suffering from either overwatering or too much fertilizer. Plants purchased from nurseries and greenhouses are well fertilized and generally don't need any fertilizer for 2 to 6 months. Bay doesn't need alot of fertilizer as they can grow in poorer soils. If you think you have overfertilized, wait until the next watering is needed and then flush the plant well with water, letting all the water run through and out of the pot. Do not let the plant sit in water. Take a look here for some care info. They can survive in part sun conditions.
