wheeping cherry tree
last year i plant wheeping cherry.soil is in wet area. this spring didn't bloom all branches are dry and breaking i check the main trunk its green and also i see 2 buds coming out i move the tree in a large pot i cut all dry branches nothing left i wonder tree is going to live or not.
