Trinity Pear Tree & Autum Blaze Maple
| Posted by Mindy Brewer , Jun 07,2005,15:26 | Forum | ||||
I have one Trinity Pear Tree and one Autumn Blaze maple that I just recently planted in on April 23rd.
The Trinity Pear's leaves are turning brown and it is very bare. The corner of the yard that I put it in is having water drainage problems. When it rains there is standing water but after a few days it goes away. (I am working with the developers to get that fixed). However, the tree is planted about 4 feet away from the water. I have not really watered it all that much because we have had some rain. Could it be getting too much water or since it is a new tree am I not watering it enough.
The Maple is planted in the front yard and is quite a distant away from the Pear tree. It was doing well till about a week ago and now it looks like it is starting to brown on the leaves also.
When I planted the trees I did put in Root Stimulator.
How often should I be watering etc?
Thanks for your help.
