Japanese lace maple and magnolia trees
|Posted by Sherry G , Jun 14,2005,19:53||Forum|
I live in Salt Lake City, Utah where the environment is very dry and hot in the summer, except for this year. It has been a very mild and wet spring, but is now drying out and heating up. Both my Japanese lace maple and magnolia trees were planted about three weeks ago. The both get sun and shade at times during the day. Both are only about 18 to 24 inches tall. Can you give me some general care instructions and also let me know when and how to prune them so that they will grow tall and full?
