Avocado tree desease

Posted by Oscar Lizarraga , Feb 13,2006,23:47       Forum

I have an avocado tree the one with the big leafs, in Mexico the call them "paguas" they are big and round, green skin.
This tree is about 4 to 5 year old and last year it gave avocados for the first time but right after that the branches started to turn black from the top down. It looks like it some one had dry the branches out completely. Also the leafs are brown at the end.
I sprayed anti-fungus and anti-plague insecticide. Don't see fungus o insects.Still has some healthy branches but I' afraid that is going to dye on me. What can I do?

Please help!
