Cherry tree problem
|Posted by Brian Hose , May 02,2006,08:54||Forum|
I have a fast growing upright flowering cherry tree on my front lawn. It is approximately 10 years old and 25ft high but quite narrow 10 ft max.
I live in surrey near camberley. In the last two years i have seen some of the leaves die and turm brown as soon as they have come out and opened after blossoming. In the autumn i have notice sticky sap canker ball over the tree. It has blossomed this year but 20% of the leave are dead and falling.
I have pruned it this winter for the first time. Can you help me?
