I also repotted an olive tree about 2-3 weeks ago and some leaves are starting to yellow and brown. They are supposed to be really hearty plants that grow well in bad soil and in hot dry areas (think italy and spain) so I'm not too concerned (yet). I suspect that it's just a little stressed from the transplanting.
