It's still not too late to water trees - if it's been dry.

If you summer was dry, it's not too late to water trees.

This came to mind from the other posted question, and from noticing trees in our own area, ailing a bit from a long dry summer.

If you didn't get rain, or much rain, you can still provide a deep watering to your bigger trees for the next week or two until rains come.

Just in case the rains are a bit slow in coming.

For trees in beds - not lawn, the barkdust / mulch page below should be useful.
