You should find a local arboretum if no other option presents itself.
But, even if you find the seed, each seed has different requirments.
Some are amazingly hard to germinate. Other seeds, must be frozen or refrigerated for many days, some more than once.
Seed coats may need to be broken-through, etc., etc.,
