Re: Help with TPO on Oak Tree.

The planing board at the council held its meeting today, closed to the public regarding our complaint that a TPO was not being enforced. We presented a complete run down of the 18 month delay with broken promises and the councils differing views on it is and then it is not damaging the tree. Despite our neighbour claiming our complaint was due to our hostility he has to start removing the sub soil etc before the next planing meeting in December. In reality the council had few options as they were givem the facts regarding the law and their legal department had got it wrong. These councils will say anything to save money.
