Monkey Puzzle puzzle !

Hi.
We have a well established and very healthy Monkey Puzzle about 7 meters high and only 3 meters from the house.
Is it likely to constitute a hazard now - or in the future ?
Is it valuable ie the type of thing someone would buy ? And is it moveable at this size?
If not how easy is it likely to be to get it removed?
