pulled up? ...hmmm! digging would have been better. pulling will have damaged fine roots and they will be lucky to survive.
no pine will be happy indoors. and no pine like to sit in water.

your best hope is to pot them up ASAP in mixture of 50% horticultural grit and 50% john innes no2 and put them somewhere outside that is sheltered but sunny. if frost is forecast put them in a shed or garage overnight - not indoors where it will be too hot.

also,if you can find some, a handfull of chopped up bracken in the potting mixture will really help pines establish roots.
