Willow Trees

I was wondering if you could help me with a few questions on willow trees.
Q1. Is it possible you could email me a photo of what the roots look like.
Q2. If the roots of a willoe can crack a driveway
Q3. How far should willow trees be planted from drain pipes etc
Q4. If a willow tree is causing a problem with the drainage system where the pipes are always be blocked from the roots can the authorities have the tree dug up and removed
