I have 5 bradford pear trees along the back of my yard. I planted them 6 years ago. One of them has bores, the holes are random and the bark is coming off the tree pretty bad. However, the tree is flowering now and looks very healthy. I'm afraid they're going to spread to the rest of the tree also. I'm in Dallas, TX. What should I do to kill them and how should I go about helping the tree recover its bark?
