magnolia tree

Posted by Shelley , Mar 14,2007,16:14       Forum

I have a magnolia tree (the type with the big white blooms) that is dying. It has very few leaves left at all and not all the leaves are green. I have a feeling it has been under-watered as last year I was unable to care for the yard much at all and we live in Kansas and had a very dry year last year.. I only fertilized it once last year in the spring time with miracle grow stakes. I just fertilized with more miracle grow stakes. How should I care for this tree to nurse it back to health. Thanks.
