Obviously conditions have changed for your 'treelet' and you need to establish what has changed, possibly your new house has greater insulation (dbl glazing?) where maybe there wasnt before,ventilation may be reduced due to greater due, again, to incresed insulation, also its position will have changed in respect of light.
When placed outside is it in a drafty spot?
I'm no expert but I have a modest bonsai collection so I hope I've given you some things to think about.
