Good thought, though the ISA through their Discussion Groups have been
providing advice to the public for ages, the public often interact with
the Arborists - the problem is, if you go see the sites, is always the
same - its incredibly difficult to provide diagnosis and definitive
answers unless you have seen the problem for yourself, therefore the
advice from the Arborist every time is the same - "Seek the on-site
advice of a professional Arborist, Landscaper etc." There is also the
liability aspect that would need to be considered in providing advice
"blind."
