Following the post-damage investigation, do Arborists
quantify specific recommendations for abatement or
elimination purposes? If trees/vegetation are
implicated, do Arborists remove trees or prune trees?
What are the arboricultural grounds for such actions?
How does the Arborist come to a definitive conclusion?
What are the legal implications if trees are pruned
and left to recover and proliferate to cause further
damage? What caveats does the Arborist have in his
arsenal to deal with this situation?
