Does anyone out there know of any published research in the UK, or the rest
of Europe, into the effect that tree cover has on property values? I'm
talking specifically about property values here - hard nose retail stuff -
and not the various methods of attaching a monetary value to a tree. I
only know of the work of Payne (1973),k and Ebenreck (1989). Both of which
are from the USA.
