Paul, with respect, I think we should refrain from discussing this
particular
subject for the same reason that the press have been cricised for reporting
on cases that are still going through the legal process. Any continuance of
this thread could cause untold upset to relatives of the dead and may well
give ammunition to one side or another during the inevitable inquest and
court case.
It may be wise to discuss a hypothetical case under a different thread
title.
