Hi  Dave,

I like the sound of that.  Whatever people think of my new law it has a
serious point to make. Why should old age pensioners have to spend cash
maintaining something that doesn't belong to them, they didn't ask for but
invades their property. Its fundamentally wrong and unfair.

Chris,
A recent case down here where a row of tall Lawson were causing problems
dut to lack of light etc to a neighbouring property. negotiations broke
down and both parties went to mediation, where again negotiations broke
down. Agrieved neighbour had a contractor in to trim back to the boundary,
didn't achieve a lot but proved a point, then claimed full costs in small
claims court from the owner of the trees.
Small claims court awarded neighbour full costs!!
