Can anyone suggest, or know why I keep generating
duplicate messages on the forum ?

The duplicates of yours that I've noticed are usually addressed to both
uktc@xxxxxxxxx.co.uk and uktc@xxxxxxxx.com, so go through the system
twice. This is probably because you press 'Reply to All' when replying.

The Reply-To field of all mail that goes through the UKTC list is set to
uktc@xxxxxxxx.com. If the message you are replying to was originally
addressed to uktc@xxxxxxxxx.co.uk then a reply will be sent to both
addresses if you use 'Reply to All'. Just use a plain 'Reply' and that
should sort it.
