Hopefully Chris and with a crystal ball, you wouldn't start
with a contractor who does this. You would finish with him !
So, a quick return to the office and a bit of penning to rush
out a new service plan, strategic approach on the conduct of
contractors engaged in such vandalism. OR ! would you like
to borrow my big gun. I am appalled (not with you). Hopefully
this contractor will be hauled over the coals. Would you like to
borrow my hanky ? Or was it a Direct Services Organisation !!

My local park this morning, the morning of the first snow fall in
Nottingham this year. Where do you start with a grounds maintenance
contractor who does this?
