It may also apply to gaining qualifications, through
specific channels or organisations. How many people
have made comment over the years that they did not
pass because their "face didn't fit" or they had in
some way upset someone within the hierarchy of the
organisation and "revenge" reared its head. Personally
I reckon it's a lot of tosh, though who realy knows
for sure?
